This list presents different ‘cross-cutting’ and ‘function specific’ tools that may be used to conduct assessments and analyses, and determine which EE functions need to be strengthened. Cross-cutting tools may address multiple issues and can be used to assess the status of multiple functions. Function-specific tools may be used to conduct an assessment or define work that needs to be done for specific functions.
